Jamie E. Harrell, Harrell Law
I work with clients to create estate plans tailored to their needs and their families, using Wills, Trusts, Power-of-Attorneys, and other documents. If you've lost a loved one, I can assist you with being appointed through the court process or administering their estate through the small estate process.

I guide your family through the divorce process and beyond, handling custody, child support, parenting time, grandparent visitation and more. My goal is to guide you and your family to develop a plan to address your legal, financial, and healthcare planning concerns as you age. I assist clients with transfers of real estate between family members as well as sale transactions not involving a realtor.

Born and raised in Avon, Indiana, I graduated from Indiana University majoring in Political Science. I earned my Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Estate Planning
Report
Every family is different, so every plan is different. During your consultation, we figure out which package works best for your family based on a variety of factors. Complex planning may be required due to subsequent marriages, owning a family business or farm - I'll address any additional fees or costs during your free consultation in writing.
Elder Law
Report
Elder law deals with the issues faced by the fastest growing segment of the U.S. population, the elderly. Seniors today are more active and live longer than ever before, which means they face a variety of new issues not addressed by earlier generations.

Now that seniors are living longer, there are more issues about their care that have to be included in estate planning, such as plans for housing, future medical care, and what to do if the person is in need of care and has become incapable of making their own decisions. My goal is to ensure that you or your loved one receives the best care possible, addressing all legal and financial concerns.
Probate & Estates
Report
After losing a loved one, the probate process can seem overwhelming. We assist executors, personal representatives, and administrators through each step of the probate process. If you are named as the executor or personal representative by the terms of a will or you would like to become the administrator of the estate of a family member who did not have a will, we can help you to become appointed by the probate court.
