We work diligently to meet the special needs of each and every client, as well as their families. We offer services in Philadelphia, as well as surrounding areas. Starting home care cases from scratch (the process takes 3-9 months and we have helped clients get into the program between 1-3 months) we call on behalf of the clients so they don't have to get confused or stressed with paperwork.

We're still in the early stages of grasping what it really means to be LGBT and older. Now, a confluence of a cultural and legal shift - along with sheer population size - is changing how we approach the needs of the LGBT senior community. Nearly half of all older LGBTQ+ women and men had either been abused or witnessed abuse.

For close to 30 years, the founders of Pristine Home Care, LLC have built their roots into the Philadelphia community. The compassion and dedication to community began long before the inception of a home care service. Pristine moves forward based on doctoral research that reveals that there is a great shift taking place in how our loved ones should receive care.

The service plan covers a customized plan based on the client's request. Some clients need full care while others just want someone to take them on walks. We offer assistance with bathing and dressing, assistance with assistance with ambulation and transfers and help preparing and service healthy diets.

Career

Report

Caregivers work in the home and help their clients with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, grooming, taking medication, and some housework. Caregivers help clients make and keep appointments with doctors, provide or arrange transportation and serve as a companion for their clients.
