Would give zero stars if I could. They have the absolute worst customer service, who would literally argue with you on the phone. They love to charge people fees but are never on top of how often they remove garbage from the trash room. My unit was never inspected upon move in, I know this because on move in day these women came in and started cleaning hours after I had arrived. They told me that they didn't think anyone was in the apartment but that was the day I was told to move in. Not worth the money at all. I'm dealing with charges from damages to the apartment that were there

Be careful when applying here the application is actually the lease and they will hold you to it or tell you to sub lease your apartment. With the pandemic going on you would think they would understand that students arent returning to college. Do not move here!!!!

I love living here. I have been living at Campus Walk since 2018. Its my home for being in school. And Im doing my masters now and its going to keep being my home Another 2 years.

Do NOT come here. Would NOT recommend. The way these people run the facility is disgusting. They do not care for the safety nor wellbeing of their residents. You can make complaints to their office but nothing will be done yet they still expect you to pay them full rent on time but refuse to efficiently and correctly address any issues. The owner and management are also very rude and disrespectful so you cant even take your concerns higher up. The prices are not worth the apartment at all. You have a better chance living more comfortably by moving to monarch than in campus walk. I recommend
