She wanted to offer the same relief to her community that she had received, so she opened California Chiropractic.

We have been serving Nipomo since 2003, and the surrounding area (Santa Maria Valley) since 1992. Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold. We're committed to teaching our patients that true health is a journey, not a destination.
Our Techniques

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. After identifying which vertebrae have lost their normal motion or position, a specific manual thrust is applied to free up "stuck" spinal joints.
New Patient Center

If you've ever gone to a social event where you didn't know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home. Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it's important that our relationship can go the distance.
First Visit
Report
At your first appointment at California Chiropractic, you will be asked to fill out paperwork, including a history of your complaint and insurance information. You will be advised of our HIPPA policy, as well as our financial policy. Payments arrangements will be handled with our front desk. After your consultation, you will be examined by the doctor.
Second Visit
Report
On your second visit, if you were sent for x-rays, we will review the x-rays, report what has been found, and begin your treatment. You will likely receive physical therapy such as muscle stimulation, traction, and/or ice. The goal of therapy is to relax your muscles prior to being adjusted. Next, our treatment procedures and techniques will be explained and we will answer any questions you may have.
