Response to owner: Your new leasing office staff IS the major cause of most of our problems. It's okay our family has chosen to go a different route when this lease is up. If you are still interested in our feedback I will be more than happy to write you a letter detailing all the issues, and I mean serious issues we have had mainly since resigning our lease. So far, the experience of living here has been "so - so". Balance of good and bad. After COVID, it has worsen. Cockroaches are a problem, even though our home is clean. There is no specific parking space for residents, which is troublesome at night bc of HIVE Nightclub. Resident Services is little responsive. In fact, I have been banned from posting in the community wall. I guess freedom of speech is limited. The reason I stay is because of walkability to downtown, location is GREAT.
