My car needed a new part - unfortunately it was on national back order due to covid. Despite having to wait a while for the part - it was completely covered by Ford warranty and the employees were extremely pleasant, respectful and empathetic. Wendy did a fantastic job updating me and just touching base with me so I knew me and my car weren't forgotten. When the part did arrive - I immediately got a call telling me so and later on the same day was able to pick up my car; working perfectly.

Although Conway Ford is a bit of a drive for us, we would rather bring our C-Max there for service than the dealer that is closer to us. The service staff is friendly and helpful and the experience is less factory-like and more personal than others we have experienced.

We have taken our RV to the truck service department at Conway Ford. They work very hard the make sure the vehicles in their care are fixed and that their customers are happy. The customer service person, Mitch is always very helpful and takes his obligation to the customer very seriously. He is very good about listening to the customer and keeps you updated with the progress of the repairs. Will definitely recommend Conway Ford truck service. Be sure to ask for Mitch!!!
