My name is Charlene Jenness, LMT and I would like to introduce myself. I am a fully insured and licensed Massage Therapist that offers a mobile massage service in the Greater Portland area. I graduated from the Downeast School of Massage in 2003 and I love being a massage therapist. It is my firm belief that massage is more than an indulgence, it can be a very effective healthcare tool.
The work that I do can range anywhere from amazingly relaxing to very therapeutic. I have never believed that every massage should be the same. Even a gentle relaxation massage will vary from person to person as well as visit to visit. Our bodies are amazing and I love figuring out how issues in your body have developed and then helping your body repair itself.

The room does not have to be huge. I have set up in all types of areas. It can be a spare bedroom, office area, or basement. The key is that we can turn off the lights, have access to electrical outlets, and that we can have privacy. You will not want other people walking through the area. If you have questions about the room you want to use, feel free to just ask me.

This style of massage is exactly that, relaxing! Long, flowing strokes are used to help reduce pain, improve joint stiffness, increase circulation and give a sense of well-being. Deep Tissue massage is designed to relieve the extra tension in your muscles and the connective tissue. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles.
