Gordon Properties, Inc. is a local, second generation family-owned company based in Southeast Portland. Originally founded in 1969 as James L. Gordon Enterprises, a real estate broker, we began specializing in residential property management in the early 1980s and Gordon Properties, Inc was born.

Each person 18 years of age and older who will be living in the rental unit MUST complete a separate application. An application is only complete when ALL prospective occupants have submitted a separate application and all supporting documents. Each applicant must provide a copy of their photo ID, proof of income (see below for acceptable proof of income), and any supplemental documentation with their online application.
