The Rocky Mountains of Western America and Canada are home to one of the most majestic animals in the world. Elk are known for their impressive antlers as well as the two ivories hidden among their teeth. Elk are the only land mammals in North America to have genuine ivories that are prized by hunters.

These ivories can be converted into jewelry for a loved one or as a memento of a once in a lifetime hunt. I use elk ivories, diamonds, turquoise and various other fine gemstones to custom design contemporary jewelry for my customers. The elk ivory jewelry designs on this website are made of 18 karat yellow gold and a variety of precious gemstones.

Elk Ivory Rings
Report
These images are examples of some of my custom-made elk ivory rings set in 18 Karat yellow gold. 18 Karat gold is an alloy consisting of 75% pure gold and 25% silver. This alloy makes my jewelry more durable than if it were made of 100% pure gold. All of my rings are solid (not hollowed out in the back).

The following images are of custom pieces I have made in the past. They are made of gold alloys (14 Karat and 18 Karat gold). A few pieces were made of sterling silver. I have included these images to provide an idea of the different gemstones with which I design. If you like one of the designs I can make a similar piece for you.
