I work for a prestigious specialty medical facility and we were looking for a very specific product. We reached out to several companies who would be able to create our sign to fit our contemporary office and we were unsuccessful in our search until we found OnSight. Not only were they prompt and extraordinarily helpful, but they went above and beyond our expectations. They posted a job on Craigslist. I sent over my resume and cover letter to apply. The purchasing manager, Tracy Roberson, replied with a single word: "rejected." I'm not a customer, but that's no way to treat people in general. I will never be a customer and will encourage everyone I know to steer clear of this company.
EDIT: The office manager called me and apologized. She explained that the person who emailed me was supposed to be emailing another associate and that they are newer. Being a Data Manager for 6 months, I understand clerical errors happen. I've changed my review from 1 to 4 stars
