Dionne is a Loveland, CO native and graduated from Colorado State University. For sixteen years she held many positions in corporate America mostly in software, sales, and business development. She became a licensed Real Estate Broker and took over the ownership of Estate Builder Property Management in 2011.
How to Qualify

The steps to qualify for a Pro Property Management property are easy! 1. A completed rental application. 2. Copy of photo id. 3. Two month's of paycheck stubs. 4. We require qualifying applicants to make 2.5 times the rent in after tax take home pay. 5. Each applicant must complete an online background and credit check through a third party website and qualify through said website.
