We were on vacation and my son lost his rubber bands. I called the office of Smiles but Dr W & Dr R and I spoke to Ronnie. She was so understanding and so helpful. Not only did she give me 1 bag of rubber bands she gave me 2 bags. What a wonderful gesture and I am so appreciative. Great office and staff

I absolutely loved my experience at Smiles by Dr. W & Dr. R!! Everyone from the front end staff to the doctors were so kind, helpful, patient and fun! I dealt mostly with Dr. R throughout my Invisalign process. He was the absolute best. Towards the end of my treatment, I requested a couple different refinements to be completely happy with my smile and he went above and beyond to make it happen. Im extremely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
