Thank you for your interest in our property management services. We are a full service real estate company offering both property management and sales. We are dedicated to making your investment profitable for you. We handle marketing, screening, leasing, repairs as well as any emergencies related to your property.

Any other forms of payments or income such as Social Security, alimony, child support payments, etc. We do a credit report, verify your rental history and require three times the amount of rent as monthly income. We do not take any active backruptcies or apartment collections that are less than four years old.

If the 5th is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday; the next business day by 10:00am is acceptable. Payments made after the close of business on the 3rd of the month must be made by certifiedfunds (money order or cashier's check). We will mail you a late notice if rent has not been received by the 5th. You must pay with a certified check or money order after the 3rd day of the month.
