Woke up to the furnace not working so we called Pheonix . They was here in about 2 hours (we live way out in the boonies) Nick (the serviceman) changed the blower motor and we have heat again. Price was reasonable and Nick was very friendly and informative. This company has my business and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I had a problem on the Friday before Memorial day, where my thermostat just stopped working and it was a smart device that rebooted constantly. I did not feel it was urgent enough to call on memorial day weekend, but on Tuesday morning I called Phoenix Heating and Air and talked with Chris. He understood the issue, and knew we were right in the middle of a small heat wave. He told me he would try to make it out to my house on Tuesday, WOW, now that is service. He did arrive around 2:pm and had rewired my new thermostat, Furnace and outdoor condenser within one hour and we were back up and running

I'm glad others have had great service, but that's not the case with me. I had an afternoon appointment today. Not only did they not show up, they didn't call to cancel. Experience has taught me that companies tend to proceed the way they start, so we will look elsewhere for our central air installation.
