Initial visit for information and walkthrough of model apartment/home: we had a pleasant experience. Kim was very upfront, informative and easy to talk to, which I appreciate. The area is quiet (we drove around at a few different times before deciding to apply) and the neighbors that I have seen are very pleasant. Application and move in process: It went very smoothly for us and the townhome was in great condition. I personally went through the checklist and found no major issues to worry about! Management office/Maintenance staff: Everyone has been great! They have been extremely friendly and

I havent lived here long, but so far I am enjoying the clean environment, maintenance team responds quickly, and the office members especially Kim are very helpful:)
