Hibachi and teriyaki good comes out in slimy sauce. Thin and slimy sauce makes it inedible. Poor customer service. Sushi rice has no flavor.

Simple: Don't go here. They got my order incorrect due to their website description being misleading. Instead of offering a solution, the manager rudely yelled that it was my fault bc the "food is fine". On top of that, she insulted my intelligence (verbatim she said "can you not read) and hung up on me. Then when I called back they processed to answer and hang up. That's not how you do business. I've supported them for years and never again. There were so many simple solutions to fix the issue, yet they chose to disregard and belittle.

I ordered chicken noodle soup and I got SQUIRREL WITH NOODLES. WTH! Save your money ! Their shrimp teriyaki is cheap shrimp from a grocery store with NO SAUCE and with white fluffy rice !

It's so fresh - it's raw. Waited 40 minutes for uncooked chicken, the restaurant owner promised me the food would be served fresh (And it isn't fresh normally?). I get that stuff happens sometimes. However, the managers response that there was no way there was raw chicken because it was cooked twice

Good for if you care about quantity. The sushi platter is huge with mediocre taste. Price is pretty fair and I like the location, plenty if parking in the plaza.
