A month ago I had Heavens Best come and clean my carpets. At first it looked great, but after a week, stains started reappearing. I shampooed those spots today myself and I wish I had the option of posting pictures because the water was very dirty. I am really disappointed. The workers were nice but they were in and out of my house in less than 30 minutes which isnt long enough for a thorough cleaning in my opinion.

These people are remarkable! I had a bad spot on my carpet where an old recliner had dropped metal shavings and oil and they had it removed in no time. You wouldn't even know there had been a spot there! Thank you, Heaven's Best!

Tony was unbelievable. I have to be honest, I've gotten my carpets cleaned a lot in the past 20 years, but I've never seen carpet this clean. And it's unbelievable that it's dry after just an hour. I will only use Heaven's Best for the rest of my life. Well done
