Ron is great. He not only inspected the home, but gave me valuable advice on usage, care and maintenance. He has a keen eye for detail which is essential for inspectors. Even with a new construction, he focused on not only patently visible issues, but also hidden issues that are sometimes missed in new construction. He is also very personable, careful and cautious when moving about the home, timely and fairly priced. I would use him again and refer him to friends and family.
