My stay here was short because my thins were to much for the size, however, this is a clean and safe place to reside. When I need two(2) small things done by maintenance they were on top of it.

If i could leave zero stars I would after driving 21+ hours to move to Texas I thought I found my apartment.. This apartment is by far the nicest roach motel I have ever seen. This apartment is definitely nice but they have a huge roach infestation. The first day i moved in it was roaches all over the apartment dead. I went and informed management they told me they couldnt get pest control out until Friday which was 5 days away from the date I moved in. They decided to go in with foggers and when i went back into the apartment it was even more crawling and dead around the apartment. My experience

I have lived here a month now and its okay. I havent had problems with bugs which is one of my biggest issues with apartment complexes. It may be because i spray for bugs myself but that hasnt been an issue for me. Lets pray it stays that way! The only issue I have is the management. You can call the office just for basic questions and literally no one will pick up. Its almost as if they only answer the phone on certain days at certain times. Their communication is pretty awful in my opinion. I like the grounds of the place but it could be cleaner in the halls and wasp nests and

It was a very lovely place when I first moved here. The management was very nice and we had special events. Later on it just got worst and worst after they kept getting new managements. Then once covid came they started lowering their prices and more and more trashy people moved in and now the apartment is just a mess. You have people going in the pool after hours and being loud and smoking on property. And then you have people leaving their trash everywhere.

It's a complete disaster. Definitely the apartment is dirty. the pool is very dirty and unmaintained. I hope they have good insurance because if I get sick I will take them to court.
