They work with you show you all kinds of designs and what they have to make the best plan for you budget wise and plans wise the staff is very friendly and professional and I hope to have good luck with them on redoing my kitchen

Fred Floors,
We had Freds Floors refinish our hardwood floors that were 30 yrs old . They looked like brand new floors when they were done. Fred Floors are an excellent choice and very nice to work with. I called to get a quote for a recarpet for a rental property. The person who answered the phone clearly had no idea what good customer service is about. She was unpleasant, unprofessional and seemed annoyed that she had to even answer the phone. I was so disappointed in the interaction that I didn't bother going on site to look at their selection.
