Our A/C stopped working during the record heat wave in PDX in late June 2021. Most HVAC repair companies were scheduling well into August (it was late June), I was able to easily schedule an appointment online for early July. An email confirming my appointment was sent to my email. Cody arrived on time and was very courteous and professional.… Offered to wear a mask if necessary (it wasn't).
