I tried them for one month. The second month I didn't get my meds. They said they couldn't get in touch with my provider for refills. I was able to get a refill with one five minute call. The concept is good but implementation is very bad.

We use this pharmacy for the pill packs for my mom. The staff and customer service is top notch. While we've had a few glitches over the past few months, I would still highly recommend this service. Our only negative issue was having to get the PRN or short term meds.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I've had a few glitches but it's only making the adjustment to this kind of service. I wish, though, that they had a patient portal where I could monitor my meds, arrival, refills, etc.

I quit using them and they were suppose to send information back to my old pharmacy and didn't. Now I am out of my meds over weekend and need them

They are very helpful with getting information needed from the doctor. They make sure you get your medications before you run. Every one that I have talked to has been really nice and helpful.
