Scientific Process Development

Our team manages rigorous mold testing in a RJG certified mold build and shop, which is run by multiple certified RJG Technicians up to Master Molder III. Rigorous mold tryout is where we excel. This includes gate seal, cavity balance, Decoupled II and Decoupled III process development.
Eight modern presses from 50-550 tons utilizing two E-Dart units, and four press mounted robots are available to develop and qualify molding processes before products arrive at your plant floor.Tooling is top of the line, on-time and on-budget.
