We have been operating in the real estate industry since our founding in 1968, bringing over five decades of experience. Our portfolio includes more than 5,000 student housing beds located near top four-year universities on the West Coast. We specialize in rehabilitating existing properties to a new-construction standard, providing luxury living for students. By focusing on renovation rather than new builds, we overcome high barriers to entry adjacent to campuses. In addition to student housing, we own and operate over 1,000 conventional apartments across the Western United States. Our business strategy centers on acquiring, rehabilitating, and managing multi-family, commercial, office and industrial properties to create lasting value.

We aim to enrich both tenants and the real estate itself, enhancing quality of life and business performance. Based in Marina Del Rey, California, we pursue acquisition opportunities nationwide, with particular emphasis in California, Washington, Utah, and Oregon. Our operations extend throughout Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, Washington, and North Carolina. To date we have acquired, developed and managed in excess of $500 million of diverse real estate assets.
