Your First Visit

We provide a complete exam with same day treatment if possible to our new patients. On your first visit to our office you will be asked to complete patient information forms. These forms may also be downloaded from our website and completed prior to your arrival.
These forms allow the doctor to provide a more thorough evaluation by understanding your history and current symptoms and also include our consent to treat, our authorizations to obtain your prior treatment records if necessary, insurance authorization and financial obligation.Once these documents have been completed, a member of our staff will room you and complete your intake.

Better Breathers Club

Better Breathers Clubs are welcoming support groups for people with COPD or other lung diseases, who often feel alone and isolated. COPD is short for Chronic Obstructive pulmonary disease, and includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis. Together, members like you learn the skills that help manage their condition and improve their quality of life.
