For over thirty years, Young and Associates has been successfully managing residential and commercial properties throughout northern and central New Jersey. Young and Associates has a reputation for maintaining the highest standards of reliability and accountability, and gives owners the true peace of mind that comes with knowing their property is in trusting hands.

Our portfolio of properties we manage range from single family home communities, condos, co-ops and apartment buildings to apartment complexes, HOAs, golf courses, and commercial properties. Last year our Association was putting in a new road as we are a private road and it is the responsibility of our association not the Borough.

Site Management
Report
Knowing that your site is well managed and maintained reduces your stress, improves tenant relations, and increases profitability. Often owners that live in communities with Home Owner Associations (HOA) are confused or uncertain about the management of common areas or elements in condominiums.

Questions about the responsibility of making repairs and other maintenance operations lie with the Association or with an individual unit owner is quite common. This can, at times, be attributed to the interpretation of HOA documents. Common elements or areas include recreation facilities such as swimming pools, gymnasiums or clubhouses; streets, parking, landscaping, laundry rooms, and fences, as well as any other areas that are used jointly.

Reserve Study Support
Report
Over time, everything wears out. Most Homeowners Associations are responsible for repairing, replacing, or maintaining the common areas and any other element of the common property identified in the Homeowners Association by-laws. A reserve study provides a current estimate of the costs of repairing and replacing major common area components (such as roofs or pavement) over the long term.
