Our founder believed that most people had a sincere desire to pay their obligations, but that unfortunate circumstances too often prevented them from doing so in a timely manner.
He felt it was important that we seek to counsel and instruct the consumers with whom we spoke. It became our goal to provide payment options and to present financial solutions to assist customers in resolving their past due accounts. From this empathic approach, focused on guidance and advice, was born the name - Kansas Counselors, Inc.
