Modalities including: electrical stimulation, ultrasound, paraffin wax, heat and cryotherapy. After obtaining a Medical Diagnosis and referral from your Physician, you will be scheduled for your Initial Evaluation. The Initial Evaluation is when your Therapist takes a thorough history and performs physical tests and measurements in order to determine your Physical Therapy Assessment.
