Leasing Duties include greeting prospects and showing available rental properties; provide prospect with application and explain process and completion requirements in accordance with company procedures and Fair Housing requirements; update vacancy book, process applications for approvals when needed (i.e., credit check, rental history, etc.), submit processed applications to the Property Manager for approval and follow up with applicant regarding status; immediately follow-up on prospects that did not close and attempt to close sale again; monitor advertising effectiveness, updating any and all forms of advertising at least once each week; organization and management of rental signs at all properties.

Nebraska State law states that anyone 18 years old and older can sign into a legal agreement. We do charge an application administration fee. It is $50 for the first adult and $50 for each additional adult. Application administration fees apply for co-signers as well. The application administration fee for a co-signer is $20/per co-signer.
