They are always attentive and so easy to talk to. Dr Weikum is always informative and genuinely concerned for my well-being. He is definitely the best eye doc around. My entire family sees him, including my mother-in-law, sister & brother-in-law and their children. 2/3s of us are in healthcare & have the utmost respect for Dr. Weikum & wont go anywhere else.

We've been patients of Dr. Weikum's since we had to start wearing glasses. They're always courteous and friendly. Dr. Weikum always takes time to explain everything and always does a thorough exam. The staff is always helpful when picking out glasses and always helps us pick the perfect frames. We trust Dr. Weikum and his staff with our eyes and won't go anywhere else.

Unable to do thing right the 1st time. I got my RX a month ago. Did not walk out with my RX in hand which was a mistake. I wanted to talk to my husband about their prices. I ended up finding another store to purchase my glasses and contacts. Their hour are 8-5. I went there around 4pm and there was only 1 person there she sent everyone home around 3 and stayed to finish up. Well she was unable to locate my RX with i was just there the week before to get the exam. So the next day she was supposed to email me the RX....Surprise surprise she didn't I had to call and tell them i work the same hours
