Brad Thorstenson

Brad was born in The Dalles, Oregon before moving to Kelso, Washington when he was in the 2nd grade. His dad started the Kelso branch of Interstate Pest Management and is the third generation of Thorstenson's to work at Interstate Pest Management. Brad started working at the company in 1978, before buying his dad out in 1993.
Stephanie Munoz

Stephanie was born and raised in Longview, Washington. She is married with 2 kids. She joined the Interstate Pest team in March of 2018. Prior to her position at Interstate she was a Teacher's Aide at Cedar Ridge Children's Center for 10 years while she attended Washington State University to earn her bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management Operations.
Karrie Ortega

Karrie joined Interstate Pest Management in September of 2016 and works as one of our Customer Service Representatives. Karrie provides support to our customers to help address and resolve all their needs. She understands that every customer's needs are unique so she always makes sure to listen, understands, and help come up with a plan of action to make sure all needs are met and resolved.
