I had used this company for years and was trying to resume my service and the receptionist was so rude and demeaning!

The back story was that I had called 2 weeks ago to schedule a service and the lady that answered my call, took my info down and never called me back. I called one more time and finally left a message. That's when she called me back and was rude. This was a good company to work with, they provide a great pest control service. However, I don't want to deal with that rude receptionist and will take my business elsewhere.

I still gave them 3 stars b/c the service provided

The technician that serviced us today was very thorough which is not always the case with other techs. We are however satisfied with their service. They offer a free re-spray when necessary.

The phone people are rude, unhelpful and will cancel service because of them. The young man who can to my house was nice and did what he was told to do but when I called office different tone, not helpful and will not go with them because of it.

I have been using this company for a year and eight months months now and I can honestly say that i have yet to see any bug issues in my home. I especially like the techs, they have always had a great attitude when coming to my home and always willing to go the extra mile. I believe only once they have had to return to deal with an ant issue but they came the same day i called and they were able to take care of it. If you are looking for a small local business i highly recommend this one.

Update on my other review. I now understand why they could not find me in the computer; they are backlogged with new customers. The man who initially came out was honest and reliable, but the office did not call me back in a timely manner because they thought that the initial employee was going to call me. Confusion ensued. We found a mouse in the backyard, thanks to my cat, so Pest Defense came out on a Saturday to leave four bait traps, which will not make my cats sick. I now feel well cared for by Pest Defense, and I have the initial emplyee's name and number for future calls or questions
