During a comprehensive eye exam, our optometrists not only evaluate general eye health and need for a prescription, they also check for cataracts, glaucoma, CMV retinitis, diabetic changes, ocular damage from high blood pressure, dry eyes, and ultra violet light damage.

For Your Eyes Only Optometry is located in the heart of the Castro, between 18th and 19th streets. Look for our brown awning in the middle of the block. We are located upstairs on the 2nd floor. In compliance with social distancing orders, we ask that you make an appointment for all visits to our office, including optical needs.

Our doctors are friendly and attentive to detail. They both graduated at top of their respective classes and have continued to be leaders in the field. They are intelligent, professional, friendly and approachable. A native Californian, Dr. Kathleen Kennedy was born in Berkeley and received her bachelor's degree with honors from UCLA in 1983.
