I live in the Crown House Apartment. There is no apartment complex in Greenville that can compare to the size and price of this complex. The owners want everyone happy and will repair anything immediately. I rate this the best in Washington county. I am completely satisfied . I give the owners a big thumbs up. Thanks I rate this 100%

Great place to live! Owners/Management extremely nice and always very helpful.They keep everything up to date so there is never a problem and are always there for you if you ever need anything. Privacy fence around the complex for security. Very roomy and nice and pet friendly! Great patio with privacy fence. Everyone should check them out. So happy here!

Extremely quite, comfortable , and safe property. Simple budget friendly all electric energy efficient units. I pay rent, electricity, and cable. Mosow Real Estate manages several properties in Greenville, MS. I briefly lived at one this year. Woodland Plaza is a disgusting place. I briefly moved in last year from Florida and the management was very nice up until my lease was signed. The apartment was not very clean when I moved in and it smelled like dogs and smoke. When I complained, the owner claimed no dogs had been in the apartment. A week into me living there, I had to call them to bring pest control because there were roaches everywhere. She claimed the apartment had been fumigated before and that was clearly a lie. I noticed that
