It's crucial to do some research and learn about a potential Home Inspectors experience and reputation. Do some homework before you hire and entrust probably the most expensive purchase of your life! Report
The Roof Inspection will include a thorough and complete visual inspection of the roof by walking it and viewing all accessible attic spaces. You'll receive a report with photos detailing the condition and life expectancy of the roof. We provide the most thorough evaluation possible. Issues that might not be visibly obvious may be easily detected by walking on the roof.
What To Expect

You can expect your inspection to take approximately 3 hours. Each property is unique, your inspection may take more time or less. I won't rush, I will spend the time needed to thoroughly assess the property and address your questions. I'll also provide maintenance tips, fire prevention and energy efficiency tips.
