I've never taken a pet to Isom but, I have bought flea control for my boss's dog. The staff were all very nice and pleasant.

Staff is super nice and prices are very reasonable. The only issue I had was waiting 40 minutes to get into a room. It seems like they try to hurry to get walk ins taken care of causing those with appointments to wait. I understand that they don't want the waiting room clogged, but unless it's an emergency, walk-ins should be the ones waiting.

Front office staff, vet techs and Dr. Trampus Isom are superb. They all make you feel your pet is the only one they have, even when you see a waiting room full. Front office staff are efficient, professional and caring. Vet Techs are great, they listen, understand and treat your pet as their own. Dr. Isom, hands down the best!! Gives you a diagnoses, treatment and working plan to help your pet if needed, talks to you, helps you to understand. Even if just yearly visit, he still talks with you and listens to you. They all have great people skills and work so well together.
