Pretty unfair rental requirements. Application seems to rely only on credit history and if your credit is anything less than perfect you will most likely be denied. It would be nice if they considered things like employment history, income, rental history etc...Most people pay their rent and bills so they have a roof over their heads and heat/water/electricity before paying credits cards and credit reports don’t necessarily reflect this.
