They had a great bid and the work seems pretty tidy. However, they installed the AC unit on the front of the house when it was supposed to be installed on the side, the thermostat inside the house was hung kinda crooked, and paying them has been a circus. I got their name through my property management company, but contracted with Superior directly. I called Superior four times and left voicemails asking for the invoice to pay them. They never called me back. I finally got a hold of them on the phone and they weren't able to find any information about my installation and said they would call back

My heater was broke and pretty old. They came out within the hour and let me know what was wrong and quoted me a fair price to fix it on the spot since they had a fully stocked truck and it was fixed within 3 hours of me calling them initially. I was very pleased with there service, honesty and integrity. I would recommend them to everyone in Sioux Falls. They also offered me a quote to replace the system due to the age and cost of the repair and offered a payment plan through a few different lenders and if my credit was better I would have just got a whole new system, I feel like they have my
