Doctors Center Pharmacy is a locally owned and operated independent pharmacy. We are conveniently located across from Flowers Hospital on Highway 84 West in Dothan, Alabama. Along with being an independent pharmacy, we are also an Alabama Corporation. Our formal corporate name is Tri-State Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. d/b/a Doctors Center Pharmacy.

Although compounding dates back for centuries, during the 1950s, compounding became less common as commercially available medications became readily available.

Doctors Center Pharmacy specializes in sterile compounding and is equipped with a state-of-the art ISO Class 7 sterile room that is required for the production of sterile preparations. We have an ISO-Tech ISO Class 5 laminar flow hood which is located in the ISO Class 7 sterile room in which all sterile preparations are made.

If your state's Board of Pharmacy regulations allows it, we will ship compounded prescription medication to you for office use. These cannot be dispensed to a patient from your office. We'll bill and ship to your clients home directly, dispensing the exact medication you prescribe.
We'll even send your patients a reminder by mail, phone or e-mail when their prescriptions are due to be refilled and they can refill prescriptions by calling the pharmacy during hours listed above.Doctors Center Pharmacy has a plethora of formulations that cover many therapeutic agents.
