Great service. Docking two stars because we had a chalmeon that needed help. They do not do any kind of lizards here. Had to go to south end of Charlotte to see vet there.

Horrible customer service! Sat and waited almost an hour for medicine. Yes they were busy, but one of the 3 people working out front could have come and said "hey we are really busy, im sorry about the hold up, we are waiting on the vet to verify the medicine and we had an emergency come in" I would have gladly sat and waited longer. Its called respect to your customers. I called 2 hours prior to going hoping that would be enough time for them to mix up the worm medicine. 7, yes SEVEN cars came and left AFTER I got there and not once did they even acknowledge I was there. Only 1 car was there when

My visit was great for my pit bull. They took excellent care of him, after he was hit by a car and I would highly recommend anyone to this clinic. Thank you Montgomery animal clinic for taking such great care of our 4 legged Family member.
