I had an emergency that I needed to be seen for and had never been seen by them before. The staff was incredibly helpful and they were able to see me within a couple hours of calling. My needs were met and they did what they could to help me and give me answers.

I have always enjoyed my appointments with Dr. Powers - she is very thorough and professional. The reason I just cannot recommend this office anymore is because of the front desk staff. I arrived at 1:20 for a 1:30 appointment, allowing myself an hour for time and wasnt told until I went to the receptionist desk at 2:20 to inquire that there was an emergency appointment that morning. When I asked the receptionist why she didnt notify me of this earlier by phone or at least when I walked in she became very cold and rude and told me I could reschedule. To be honest, after thinking about this
