I had the Inspection Medic check my home recently. He completed a 4 point inspection and a wind mitigation inspection. He was very professional and polite. I had no idea how much or if I would receive any type of a discount from my insurance company. I sent in the paperwork he provides me with after the inspection to my insurance company USAA.

I was a first time home buyer and was very unsure about the inspection process. I had Pete check out my now home and complete a 4 point, wind mitigation, and termite inspection. Pete was very meticulous and thorough in his work. He let me follow him through the house and he explained his process. He was able to provide reports next day and called to make sure I wasn't left with any unanswered questions.
