Outstanding customer service! Very friendly, helpful staff and vet. Everyone here from receptionist to vet went above and beyond for us as new clients who needed an international health certificate to fly our dog. The customer service at this office is beyond outstanding. They made phone calls to verify what we needed, moved up our appointment to accommodate getting the certificate back in the mail from the agricultural vet in Springfield, IL in time for our flights. They researched things to make sure all is were dotted and ts were crossed. We couldnt have asked for better service. So

Wonderful clinic! The front desk staff, the technicians and Dr. Cody were so welcoming and honest. This was our first visit with our dog and he was not feeling the greatest. They scheduled his appointment right away and there was no wait to see the doctor. They were great with our dog and everything was reasonably priced along with honest diagnoses.
