After growing up in an Insurance family and working as a Commercial lines Property Casualty Agent for 5 years. The Buyer's Home inspection starts at just $300 and abides by the state of South Carolina's Standards of Practice (SOP). We provide 4 Point Inspections for insurance purposes. Rather than the entire home, this inspection focuses on four significant areas- the roof, plumbing system, electrical system, and HVAC system.
