Services
Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Our orthopedic therapy addresses back, neck, and joint pain by analyzing the entire kinetic chain. Through manual techniques and targeted exercises, we correct compensatory patterns caused by weakness or tightness, ensuring long-lasting results for active individuals and athletes.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Certified pelvic floor therapy treats conditions like urinary leakage, diastasis recti, and pain during pregnancy or sex. Internal exams and corrective exercises help postpartum women and those with chronic pelvic pain regain strength and mobility.
Manual Therapy
Certified manual therapists use joint mobilizations, soft tissue massage, and muscle energy techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility. This hands-on approach targets trigger points and restores proper movement patterns for faster recovery.
Prenatal/Postpartum Care
Specialized programs prepare bodies for labor and aid postpartum recovery through pelvic floor exercises and posture correction. The Prenatal Protocol includes educational videos and personalized support to ensure safe, effective training during and after pregnancy.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets muscle knots using thin filament needles to reduce pain and re-educate muscles. This technique complements manual therapy by addressing deep tissue restrictions that cause chronic discomfort and limited mobility.

Went to Hands On Physio with knee pain from an injury and after just a few months of therapy I was able to complete a 10K PAIN FREE! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a different personalized experience. You will have a one on one session with the Dr. your entire session along with different treatment techniques to enable healing. Dr. Yousef is caring, compassionate, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I'm so glad I found them!

Had therapy here for my hip and knee pain. The staff here was remarkable from scheduling my online appointment, allowing me to fill my new patient forms online in order to spend more time with the therapist and less time with paperwork. I worked with both of the physical therapists here and were great at helping me with my recovery. 2 thumbs up!

I called in without an appointment because I woke up with a severe stiff neck. Ive worked a desk job for 10yrs and its been catching up with me. They took me in with no problems, felt very welcomed. Literally after being there for 45min I walked out feeling better than Ive felt in years after only one visit. I never write reviews for anyone but this place deserves my time because they gave it their all for me.
