Neck strain can also result from faulty posture when sitting at work or when driving, the result of abnormal stress on normal muscle/tendons/ligaments. 4. So called " Text Neck" syndrome seen in people who text or using their cell phone with their neck in awkward position which causes serious strain on the neck muscles.

1. Foot strain and sprains of surrounding muscles, ligaments and tendons. Most commonly a low ankle sprain where the ankle gets "twisted" from activiteis such as playing basketball causing stretching and at times tearing of the liagments that surround the ankle. This can casue muscle spasms, tenderness, swelling, and lead to painful ankles or feet.

Came in for lower back pains. Gotta say for all therapy I've ever done this one made me feel the best short n long term. He also did something called cupping on my entire back. The guy there is very smart n intelligent honest young man. Had therapy here for my hip and knee pain.

The staff here was remarkable from scheduling my online appointment, allowing me to fill my new patient forms online in order to spend more time with the therapist and less time with paperwork.I worked with both of the physical therapists here and were great at helping me with my recovery. 2 thumbs up!
