
Founded in 2014 and now managing over 500 residential units across the Twin Cities, Rental Management Guys, LLC was developed out of necessity. We are real estate investors and landlords who developed a portfolio of investment properties over the course of several years. As our portfolios grew, we saw the need for competent management.
After looking around the market at the various property management companies and their offerings, it finally lead us to a simple conclusion. We can do this better. Our company was founded by investors just like you who wanted a property manager as focused on their properties and financial success as they were.

Rental Management Guys is five partners that have been buying, selling, and managing properties in all segments of the market since 2005. As residential property owners, we collectively own 75+ units including single family homes, townhouses, duplexes and apartments. As commercial property owners, we have owned, managed and sold properties in the office, warehouse and retail space.

We publish your property on over 50 listing sites including Trulia, Hotpads, Realtor.com, and Homes.com. Our online screening process analyzes an applicant's income, background, and rental history (even across multiple states). Accepted applicants are found, our clients are presented to the clients for final authorization.

Scott Ficek, a Minnesota Real Estate broker, has been buying and managing investment property since 2001. He has purchased and sold multi and single family homes for both rentals and flips. After leaving corporate life in 2004 to pursue real estate full-time, Scott has helped 100s of clients purchase investment properties.

Managing properties takes technology to track rents, pay invoices, distribute funds to our owners, manage leasing, etc. Without good systems in place, it is easy to make mistakes and miss things. With our background in technology, we appreciate good systems. We have spent years finding the best-of-breed tools to efficiently run our company.
