Wedding photography is my full-time career. I've been going strong for 5 years, providing images for couples that they'll share for the rest of their lives. I've always been a creative kid. Growing up, my parents loved and supported the fact that I was a heavy reader. But I wouldn't only read! I loved to create.
I vividly remember writing my own short stories and trying to write fantasy novels. I drew swords and dragons, learned Photoshop when I was 10 - and I used it to create digital versions of my favorite ideas. And it's super fun to see how all that culminated into what I do now. This was all HEAVILY influenced by my grandfather - Dan Mehn.

Whether you want to go formal or go casual, I use engagement sessions as a time set aside for my couples and I to get to know one another. Time set aside to get to know your photographer and for your photographer to get to know you - so that you're comfortable with the photographer that's going to be by your side all day on your wedding.
