If anyone other than the registered owner is to access the vehicle they will need a notarized Power of Attorney. If your car has been towed by us for any reason, we understand it can be an inconvenience.

At Vulcan Towing and Recovery we strive to make the process as easy as possible to retrieve or at least access your vehicle. Access Fee to retrieve items out of the vehicle - this will be applied to your total bill. DUI / DWLR/ DWLR/ DWLS/ No Insurance/ Scofflaw related cases vehicles can only be accessed or released during office hours.

Duplicate Bill of Sale will not be issued - you will have to get a surety bond following Alaska State Laws. There is a 10% buyers premium with cash payment and a 15% premium with credit card payment. After you have paid and picked up your paper work, take your packet and vehicle to Alaska Auto Titles to have it inspected and the title put in your name.
