Awesome vets and staff! But that is where it ends. We had to have an emergency surgery today....2 1/2 weeks before Christmas. We asked if we could do a payment plan/arrangement....like 600 this week and 600 in 2 weeks and we were told unfortunately we can't do that for you. We have been using them for years and have always paid for everything at once this one time was the exception. I am fully disappointed they could not work with us. Unfortunately we will be finding another Vet for our dogs.

Our cats have always gotten awesome care here. Everyone on staff is really friendly and helpful, and we've never had trouble being seen fairly promptly. I love how diligent and transparent they've been about safety protocols during the pandemic, too.
